Atlanta Infill Development Task Force

Produced a strategy and implementation plan for residential infill development within the City of Atlanta. Atlanta has experienced a tremendous amount of new growth and development; however, some of this growth has had a negative effect on the respective neighborhoods. At the root of this problem is building design and scale. This project involved working with the City of Atlanta, and analyzing other cities and municipalities and their approach to infill, to develop a strategy and zoning mechanism that will enable the City to ensure infill development is designed and scaled in a way to ensure positive development within residential neighborhoods.
