Brookhaven MARTA Station Supplemental LCI
Provided zoning consultation support in the creation and adoption of a new zoning district for the area around the Brookhaven MARTA Station. This zoning district served to implement the Brookhaven LCI Plan. It envisions higher transit-oriented densities near the MARTA Station, with adjacent residential, mixed use, and park spaces throughout the area. Urban design controls regulating sidewalks, street landscaping, parking, and building design are all included as part of this innovative zoning mechanism for DeKalb County.
