Dallas LCI Study
Conducted market analysis, which assessed and projected housing, retail and commercial demands to ensure realistic and implementable plan, as well as assisted in public involvement. Primary focus of study was on revitalizing small downtown core that was losing a primary tenant and anchor, as the Paulding County government center was relocating to the edge of the Study Area along a state highway corridor. Made recommendations on catalyst projects to strategically spur redevelopment in downtown Dallas, which included: redeveloping blighted downtown neighborhood; mixed use development as new anchor at northern end of downtown; infill development between new government center and railroad tracks; develop and implement Central Business District business recruitment strategy; and raise awareness.
