Douglas County-Highway 92 LCI Study

Conducted market analysis, which assessed and projected housing, retail and commercial demands to ensure a realistic and implementable plan, as well as assisted in public involvement. Primary focus of study was on a key emerging corridor in Douglas County, Highway 92, located in an Atlanta suburb. Made recommendations on catalyst projects to strategically spur both development and redevelopment along the corridor, which included: making a key policy decision about development direction and creating more choices in the corridor; increasing housing product diversity; creating mixed use anchor development; and leveraging strategic public investment of potential relocation of selected County facilities.
