Forsyth County LCI Study

Work involved providing detailed economic and market recommendations in addition to land use and urban design recommendations for the South Forsyth area of metropolitan Atlanta. Recommendations for this mostly rural area included leveraging the adjacent hospital and technical school entities and providing a true mixed-use community center and life-cycle housing to complement the existing residential neighborhoods. A detailed economic profile was provided in addition to recommended changes to the Comprehensive Development Plan Future Land Use Plan and a detailed Urban Design Overlay Zoning District strategy to implement the full set of recommendations.
