Moreland Avenue Townhome Development
Worked in conjunction with a local development group to plan and design a small infill residential development at an intown Atlanta location along Moreland Avenue. This work involved meeting with local neighborhood leaders and City officials to reach consensus on a preferred design, and achieving the appropriate zoning designation. This project is characterized by its urban form; with parking located in the interior of the lot with vehicle access via alley, townhome fronts adjacent to a large sidewalk and landscaped area, and individual entrances opening to the sidewalk.
