Peachtree Boulevard Master Plan Implementation
Worked with the Buckhead Community Improvement District (BCID) to implement the Buckhead Boulevard Master Plan by creating a new zoning mechanism to mitigate the effects on the Peachtree frontage properties. This new Special Public Interest (SPI) District zoning tool allows for all properties that are along the Peachtree Corridor right-of-way to utilize new density, signage, open space, parking, setback, and sidewalk requirements as a way of neutralizing any adverse effects that the new road project could have on the corridor's properties.
