Virginia Highland Neighborhood Commercial Zoning Feasibility
Market + Main aided in performing a feasibility analysis of the Neighborhood Commercial Zoning designation for the Virginia Highland commercial districts. This analysis included an extensive public involvement process of stakeholder group meetings, "living room" meetings with the greater community, meetings with commercial property owners, larger public presentations, and community charrettes. The end result was a recommended set of zoning standards for the commercial districts of Virginia Highland that preserves the neighborhood scale, vibrant uses, and walkable infrastructure of this unique Atlanta community.
