Vine City Zoning Plan
Worked with the City of Atlanta and the Vine City neighborhood to create development regulations for this intown single-family residential district. This work involved creating new Special Public Interest (SPI) District zoning standards for an existing urban neighborhood experiencing rapid reinvestment and new infill investment. These new regulations include guidelines for sidewalks, relationship of building to street, site limitation, parking, and urban design elements for the historic residential core, in addition to the two MARTA transit stations, Atlanta University Center uses, and the mixed use commercial corridors that frame the neighborhood.
